Today I learned the phrase "return to normalcy" is actually a grammatically awkward artefact of Warren G Harding's 1920 campaign. It was supposed to be "return to normality" but he misspoke & used an uncommon mathematical term, was mocked for it, then made it his official slogan.
Bezos says "customer" 16 times in this interview. That's why Amazon wins.
Now replace "Internet" with "Web3"
Imagine a Web3 founder saying:
"I don't care if we're considered a Web3 company. I care about delivering the best customer experience."
Does any Web3 company say this?

The educational gain from starting high schools later in the day is so large that until politicians, parents and teachers unions adopt the change we should laugh in their face when they say they care about students or how much they learn.
